That is why we work directly with family-run, eco-responsible cooperatives, to preserve the authenticity of every coffee we select.

Responsible water management: prioritizing partners who reduce, reuse, or treat washing water (settling basins, recirculation) to protect waterways.
Living soils: ground cover, composting, and reduced chemical inputs to maintain fertility and limit erosion.
Biodiversity: protection of endemic species and the creation of ecological corridors whenever possible.
Measurable traceability: tracking each lot “from plot to warehouse,” regular visits, and continuous improvement of practices.
Thoughtful logistics: reusable jute bags and shipment consolidation to reduce environmental footprint.
