Our approach goes far beyond industry standards. We ensure complete traceability of our coffee, from the very plot where it is harvested to its arrival at the warehouse for export. This means we know exactly who cultivated it, at what altitude, on which soil, within which community, and under what farming practices.
Every lot of coffee you receive carries a human identity. And if you wish, you can trace it back to its source. You can visit the farms, connect with the producing families, witness the hand-harvesting process, observe the climate, the flora, the rivers, and even the endemic bird species unique to the region—a true treasure of biodiversity.
You will know that this coffee was harvested by Pedro, who woke up at 5 a.m., basket tied around his waist, to hand-pick ripe coffee cherries at 1,500 meters above sea level, in a protected territory. You will know the real name, the real story, the real connection.
